We are excited to welcome you to our Welcome Reception at Harbor Social inside the Gaylord. The following morning, join us for our General Session, where we’ll celebrate the accomplishments of 2025 and share an inspiring outlook for the year ahead.

The Gaylord National features stunning views of the Potomac River from its 19-story indoor garden atrium, as well as the signature Relâche Spa, a fully equipped Fitness Center, and a 24-meter indoor heated pool with whirlpools. On-site dining options include Old Hickory Steakhouse, Harbor Social, and several other restaurants, while the surrounding National Harbor area offers dozens more dining and shopping options just steps away.

Adding to the excitement, our convention takes place from December 2 to 5, 2025, while the resort is beautifully decorated for the holidays. Special seasonal events, including the aforementioned Gaylord ICE! featuring The Polar Express™ and other winter-themed activities, will be available throughout the week.
