Q.  Who can attend?

A. Franchisees, Franchise Operators, Suppliers, RSC (based on approval), Corporate District Managers, Company Operations Directors, Franchise Business Consultants

Q.  Can I bring a guest? Spouse?

A.   Franchisees and Suppliers can bring a guest.  The cost for a guest to attend is $825 per person if registered on or before October 10th, $1,000 per person starting October 11th.  ***Corporate employees are not permitted to bring a guest.

Q.  How do I book my sleeping room?

Q.  How do Checkers and Rally’s corporate office employees book their accommodations?

A.  After approval from your Leadership Team member, please submit your request to Danielle Williams, williamsda@checkers.com, to book a room. You will be added to our employee block at the hotel during registration by entering your arrival and departure dates. You will be notified once you are approved for a sleeping room.  

Q.  If I must cancel, will my room be refunded?

A.  This is dependent on when you cancel and based on the hotel's cancellation rules. Please review the details carefully when booking your sleeping room.

Q.  Is the sleeping room covered by the event registration fee?

A.  No, you are responsible for hotel accommodation, fees, and taxes. The company will cover the rooms of corporate employees.

Q.  Where are the meetings being held?

A.  All meetings will be held at Gaylord National. Please refer to the agenda for details.

Q.  What airport do I fly into, and is transportation to and from the hotel arranged?

A.  We recommend you fly into Reagan National (DCA) as this is the closest airport to the hotel. The convention does not provide airport transportation. However, the airport is only 7.7 miles (approx. 30 minutes) from the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center (Address). It is an easy UBER or Lyft ride.  

Q.  How many people can come from my franchise?

A.  The number of franchisee attendees permitted is based on the number of restaurants operated by the franchisee:
1 – 9 restaurants: 2 attendees
10–19 restaurants: 4 attendees at no charge.
20+ restaurants: 6 attendees at no charge.

**Additional attendees are $825 per person if registered on or before October 10th, $1,000 per person starting October 11th

Q.  What is the cancellation fee and deadline if I must cancel my additional attendee(s)?

A.  If you cancel within 30 days of the program, your registration fee will not be refunded. Before that, you will receive a full refund. Your room cancellation is subject to the hotel's cancellation rules, as noted when you booked your accommodation.

Q.  I have special accessibility requirements/dietary requirements: can you accommodate those requests?

Q.  What is the dress code?

A.  The business meetings will be business casual.
