For 17 years, Checkers & Rally’s has proudly supported its employees in times of need through the CARE Employee Relief Fund. This incredible program, created in response to Hurricane Katrina, has distributed over $670,000 to over 735 company and franchise employees facing life’s most challenging moments.

Why CARE Matters

CARE is all about family helping family. Whether recovering from natural disasters, overcoming medical emergencies, or dealing with unexpected personal hardships, the CARE fund ensures our employees have the financial support they need to rebuild their lives.

Thanks to the generosity of our Checkers & Rally’s community—suppliers, franchisees, and employees—we’ve provided immediate relief to hundreds of people across our system. Last December, our fundraising auction at the annual convention raised thousands for CARE.

Thanks to CARE, hundreds of Checkers & Rally's employees have felt the love and support of our Checkers & Rally's family, like one employee whose young son underwent surgery to restore his hearing. Because of CARE, she could stay by her son's side during his recovery—leading to the unforgettable moment when her son heard her voice

  • Make a one-time donation: Contact a CARE representative at care@checkers.com or donate via PayPal here: PayPal Checkers CARE Fund
  • Make a recurring donation through payroll deductions by filling out the Payroll Deduction form (corporate employees only).
  • Refer someone in need: If you know of an employee who could benefit from CARE, please direct them to our online application form: CARE Application.
