SUPPLIER SHOWCASE SPECIFIC Q&A
Q. What is the cost to showcase at the supplier showcase?
A. Your negotiated contribution amount has already been determined and will be shared during registration. You will also be responsible for the hotel accommodations
Q. What is included?
A. 1 highboy table; name card with logo; 1 attendee to the annual meeting and supplier showcase. Additional needs, such as AV and power, barstools, etc., can be requested at your own expense. You will receive ordering information from the showcase manager.

Q. How much is the cost of adding a supplier showcase exhibitor?
A. You can bring one person to manage your showcase exhibit; the cost is $750 per person if you want to bring additional people.
Q. When will I receive information about being a supplier showcase exhibitor?
A. Once you have registered, our showcase manager will contact you.
Q. Can I ship items directly to the hotel?
A. Yes, once you register, we will send you the shipping details in your confirmation letter from the showcase manager. Exhibiting companies need to fill out an Exhibitor Material Handling Order – either fax it to The UPS Store at 813-204-6373 or email the UPS store at store7420@theupsstore.com ensuring The UPS Store receives the form prior to the packages or freight. The Exhibitor Material Handling Order form will be sent to you by the showcase manager. You are also permitted to ship to yourself at the hotel and/or hand-carry your items to the showcase.
Q. Will we be provided a floor plan?
A. We will assign you to a table and provide a floor plan.
Q. How do I book my sleeping room?
A. During registration, you will receive a link to book your room(s). Supplier Showcase exhibitors will stay at the Marriott Water Street for $229 per night. The hotel is located immediately across the street from the JW Marriott. There is also an enclosed bridge between the hotels. Accommodations are the financial responsibility of the attendee.
